n Detected n Indeterminate n Not Detected 說明：Indeterminate (未確定) RIF抗性之可能因素: (1) 檢測RIF抗藥性基因(rpoB)時，real time PCR之熔解峰(melting curve)為無效。 (2) 當MTB檢測結果為”Detected Trace”時，因MTB菌量過低，即使反應結果未檢測到RIF抗藥性基因，無法確保此陰性結果，故除RIF-R為”Detected”外，皆以Indeterminate (未確定)做為報告。 |
